Development Stride

CyanTheInfGod is a young Game Developer on the Roblox Platform that has contributed to many Games for over a span of 5 to 6 Years and ever since then, she has continued to stride towards creating more things out of her passion.Out of all of the Projects on Roblox that CyanTheInfGod has created, she feels that the Game: Skill Based Boss Fights; has been the most important Project to her as it had drastically changed her in many ways. Today, she still continues to work with this Game to this day.CyanTheInfGod hopes to be able to work on even more Games that allows her an opportunity to bring forth her Creative Visions for what she creates for these Games.

Hobbies

You can consider CyanTheInfGod's Main Hobby to be Modeling, after all, it is the thing that she enjoys most doing. However, there are other Hobbies that CyanTheInfGod invests into, with one of those Hobbies being Story/Lore Writing as she has created countless Fictional Worlds, Stories, and more, though most of those Written Medias are not public and are only such when she decides to publish them in her Community Discord Server.CyanTheInfGod also has a Hobby of collecting Ramune Soda Bottles/Cans and displaying them in her Personal Room, though do note there are no public Photos of this collection for the sake of Privacy.

Social Aspect

CyanTheInfGod mostly retains reserved and calm Personality, they are not a very Talkative person. To note, she does request for people to not initiate or attempt Companionship with her as she had experiences in the past that were not pleasent for her, CyanTheInfGod still allows for converse with her.Though, when in the face of conversing about Story or Lore about certain Media that she enjoys such as Wuthering Waves or of her own, she will invest into the conversation until that converse is over.Often then, CyanTheInfGod creates connections with her Characters, mainly with the Camille and Camilla Character as a way to represent and understand herself better.No she will not talk in Voice Chat, she does not like that.

Commission Terms of Services

Commission Terms

⦿ Term I: Reserved Right
● CyanTheInfGod reserves the right to deny or back out on any pending or ongoing Commission with Validated Reason. If the Commission had a Pre-Payment, Progress-Payment Plan involved, then the Client will be refunded in Full Price with consideration for Roblox Tax Rates.⦿ Term II: Work Limits
● CyanTheInfGod has limits and prohibitions on what she is willing to create or do for a Commission, for which the list of items that she is not willing to create are stated below:
• NSFW/Fetish Content
• Hate/Propaganda/Defaming Content
• Realistic to Hyper-Realistic Models (EX: Real Life Animals/Creatures)
• Concepts without Original Creator's Approval for Recreation.
• Vehicles
• High-Complex Designs (Simplification Request can be in order)⦿ Term III: Timed Deliverance
● CyanTheInfGod can deliver your Commission Request on the same day that you initiate the Commission. However, there are times where CyanTheInfGod is unable to work on your Commission or the Commission is time-consuming and may delay your Commission, it is advised to communicate with CyanTheInfGod in the event that this occurs.⦿ Term IV: Asset Ownership
● You will explicitly receive Ownership of the Commission Asset that you have paid for and CyanTheInfGod will approve of this notion. However, the Client must not distribute their Commission Asset to other parties or persons without CyanTheInfGod's Consultation.

Development Service Terms

CyanTheInfGod is currently unavailable for Long-Term Service to work on a Game/Project in the Aspects that she has capabilities for. Though, convincing her to work with you as a Long-Term Developer is possible, consult CyanTheInfGod for this notion, and do note that you will have to describe and/or present your Game Generalization/Concept in order for her to evaluate her interests in such.If CyanTheInfGod does end up convinced enough to work with you for Long-Time Service, then the Terms for such is stated below:⦿ Term I: Transparency Right
● CyanTheInfGod must be able to have clear Communication and retain knowledge of the Plans that are to be initiated with a Project with the Employer, as well as Insight/Updates on Project Plans/Changes⦿ Term II: Payment Term
● CyanTheInfGod must be paid per Asset created as well as to be paid with a reasonable Price for the Scale/Scope of the Asset created by CyanTheInfGod.⦿ Term III: Developer Relations
● CyanTheInfGod is willing enough to communicate with other Developers on a Project/Game to complete or discuss an Objective set by the Employer or Project Plans. However, CyanTheInfGod asks that the communication between her and any Developer is to not be forced or become a requirement for CyanTheInfGod's Services.⦿ Term IV: Community Relations
● Due to past Experiences, CyanTheInfGod requests to not be interactive with a Game/Project's Community as well as to not serve as a Public Relations Representative for such. Any and all situations within such is to be not directed to CyanTheInfGod as she does not retain the capability to handle such a Task, this extends to Administration/Moderation as well, though consultation for Advisory Purposes for both Scenarios is permitted.

Commission Clarification

⦿ Clarification I: Payment Addendum
● Payment is initiated after completion of a Commission's Objective with review and satisfaction from the Client. This also means that CyanTheInfGod does not require Pre-Payments or Progress-Payments (Payment done halfway through the Commission) unless the Client actively insists on such.No Refunds after a Commission is completed.⦿ Clarification II: Progress Showcase
● Progress on a Commission is showcased to a Client periodically as a way to evaluate the Client's Satisfaction for the Progress and as such, the Client has the opportunity to suggest or request Changes that they see fit to their Commission.⦿ Clarification III: Commission Confidentiality
● CyanTheInfGod will often then showcase Commissions that they have completed to their Community Discord Server or other Communities that she is involved with. Any and all Clients have the right to request CyanTheInfGod to not share of their Commission and keep the Commission Private.⦿ Clarification IV: Other-Field Work
● CyanTheInfGod has the capabilities to work in Animation, VFX, and/or Writing Management, though those aspects are not the main things that she does for Commissions/Services. CyanTheInfGod will have to be consulted for these types of Fields, she will showcase her Works as confirmation of her Abilities for such.

Commission Prices

⦿ Do note that Price Payment is with consideration of Robux Tax Rates. For Example, a 700 Robux Commission would request the Client to pay 1,000 on their end in order for CyanTheInfGod to receive the full 700 Robux.⦿ In the Event that a Commission is requesting for a Model Set that exceeds 3 Assets, then for every 1 Extra Model after the Initial 3 is reduced by 100-1,000 Robux depending on Model Scale/Scope.
